One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in thought process. It has such a significant influence on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel. Although my primary way of helping others address their mental wellbeing is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is essential for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help others align those elements for improved overall health. At times, facing life's challenges can be difficult. Fortunately, you do not have to do it alone. I'll walk on this journey with you, co-creating a safe environment that encourages exploration and growth.
